Olga de Amaral Opening Exhibition 2013
Louise Blouin Foundation, London
Artinfo.com highlighted selected works of Olga de Amaral at the Louise Blouin Foundation in London. Celebrating the artist’s work, the opening party drew in various artists, collectors, and curators to review her stunning work.
Responsibilities included: Event design, logistics, invitation design, and production management.
ART + HOPE Online Charity Auction 2013
Established in May 2005, the Louise Blouin Foundation works to highlight the critical importance that an understanding of culture plays in facing the challenges and seizing the opportunities presented by globalization. The Foundation organizes world-class art, education programs and cultural events.
The Foundations online charity auction, and Gala dinner benefits the ART+HOPE initiave every fall. The online auction comes to a conclusion with the Gala Dinner where the Louise Blouin Foundation honors various artists or leaders for their humanitarian efforts that year.
Responsibilities included: Art direction, event design, production management, web & social media campaign, curated art, organizing online auction, and email blasts.
Blouin Creative Leadership Summit 2013
Metropolitan Club, New York
The Louise Blouin Creative Leadership Summit, produced in partnership with the United Nations Office for Partnerships, convenes an unparalled group of multidisciplinary global leaders to proactively address the opportunities and challenges presented by globalization. Over several days, Heads of State creatively engage with directors of global agencies, leading CEOs, technology and media innovators, Nobel laureates, educators and researchers, design Icons and cultural ambassadors to develop new solutions and sustainable strategies, to these pressing issues.
The summit encompasses workshops, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and networking sessions.
Responsibilities included: Event design, logistics, production management, and strategic partnerships.
Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2016
Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is the world’s most important gathering of CIOs and Senior IT executives, providing strategic views on the trends that shape IT and business. The symposium takes place in eight locations around the globe and provides peer-to- peer engagement, networking with industry leaders and consulting with Gartner Analysts.
The theme for 2016 was Lead 360. Drive digital to the core. Lead 360 is the single, dominant theme for the the campaign of the 2016 Symposium/ITxpo events. To avoid diluting its impact Lead 360 was used to stand out and create impact.
Utilizing pre-event marketing campaigns, the spotlight was used to elevate content. We applied the circular spotlight to the environment to help to focus delegate’s attention towards key messaging and key elements. For example, a spotlight was be used to highlight entrances, registration and welcome desks, keynote speakers and digital screens.
