Gartner Symposium/ITxpo is the world’s most important gathering of CIOs and Senior IT executives, providing strategic views on the trends that shape IT and business. The symposium takes place in eight locations around the globe and provides peer-to- peer engagement, networking with industry leaders and consulting with Gartner Analysts.
The theme for 2016 was Lead 360. Drive digital to the core. Lead 360 is the single, dominant theme for the the campaign of the 2016 Symposium/ITxpo events. To avoid diluting its impact Lead 360 was used to stand out and create impact.
Utilizing pre-event marketing campaigns, the spotlight was used to elevate content. We applied the circular spotlight to the environment to help to focus delegate’s attention towards key messaging and key elements. For example, a spotlight was be used to highlight entrances, registration and welcome desks, keynote speakers and digital screens.
Responsibilities included: activation, brand experience, concept creation, event design, production.
